Grape Variety: 100% Tinta Negra Mole (Red Portuguese wine grape).
Winemaking: Fermentation on skins, with fermentation and temperature control.
Alcoholization: Before the end of fermentation.
Blending: Tinta Negra Mole from several harvests with an average age of 3 years.
Ageing: Estufagem (process of ageing the wine through heat) in 650 litres oak barrels.
Alcohol content: 18.0 % Vol.
Degree of sweetness: 4.5 Baumé
